Nexttech is a Cluj-based IT company specializing in high-performance software development. They needed a brand facelift and a robust system that could scale across two extremes: the serious, technical world of engineering and the vibrant, relaxed culture of their internal community.
We refined the existing identity and developed an expansive brand book. The system is built on the concept of the next thing a flexible framework that allows the brand to speak with authority to global partners while remaining playful and engaging for their team. We translated this across physical environments, event design, and recruitment campaigns.
